Delivery Info
When placing orders please take special care that your delivery address details are complete and correct as we will not be responsible for orders with missing or incorrect information should they not arrive safely.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders on the day after receipt (Monday to Friday only). Deliveries via royal mail will be made Monday to Saturday and deliveries via courier will be made Monday to Friday.
Delivery Costs
UK Free Delivery
UK Free Delivery is available on orders valued at £100 or more and are usually sent via courier where a signature will be required. Delivery is normally in 1-2 working days (except in outlying postcode areas - please email us at sales@theweebookcompany.com for specific delivery information to any particular postcode). We may from time to time send these orders via 1st or 2nd class mail.
UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Delivery costs £2.00 for the first item, and includes postage and handling costs. Each additional item is charged at a further £1.50.
Some products that are larger in size like the children's books cost £3.00 to post. Standard deliveries will normally be delivered in 2-3 working days. Heavy or larger items may be sent via courier at our discretion and a signature will be required.
UK Premium Delivery
UK Premium Delivery costs £5.00 and includes postage and handling costs. Each additional item is charged at a further £1.50. Premium deliveries are via courier and are fully trackable by us. Orders will normally be delivered in 1-2 working days (except in outlying postcode areas - please email us at sales@theweebookcompany.com for specific delivery information to any particular postcode). Premium delivery orders require a signature.
Delivery Outside of the UK
Europe
Europe standard delivery £6.00 for the first item, and includes postage and handling costs. Each additional item is charged at a further £4.50.
USA / Canada
USA - Canada standard delivery £6.00 for the first item, and includes postage and handling costs. Each additional item is charged at a further £4.50
Australia / New Zealand
Australia - New Zealand standard delivery £6.00 for the first item, and includes postage and handling costs. Each additional item is charged at a further £4.50
We try to process orders from customers outside of the above areas and these may incur extra charges due to any respective additional postal tariffs.
